BERAPA LAMA MASA KAH NLP THERAPY DI AMBIL?
Kebanyakan pelanggan hanya perlu antara 1 - 5 sesi bergantung kepada masalah dan isu-isu mereka. Seperti penetapan matlamat dan pencapaian, peningkatan prestasi, atau mengatasi isu-isu yang sekian lama boleh dilakukan dengan bantuan sepanjang tempoh yang lebih lama.
Contoh: Biasanya pemintaan untuk menghadiri amalan untuk sekurang-kurangnya dua (2) sesi jam. Ini adalah pada jarak satu (1) minggu selain bagi sesi satu (1) dan dua (2). Sesi ketiga (3) sebulan kemudian untuk memastikan anda di landasan yang betul dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan anda ke arah berat badan yang diingini. Pada sesi pertama (1), akan mencari hakikat minda dan mempersoalkan motif di sebalik keinginan untuk menukar berat untuk memastikan bahawa sebab-sebab yang sihat dan sesuai. Anda akan diberi teknik awal untuk mengamalkan antara sesi-sesi.
