TIMELINE THERAPY WITH NLP TECHNIQUES

About Timeline Therapy(TM) Techniques
Have you ever asked yourself the following questions:
  • How is it that some people have all the time they need while others do not.?
  • Why is it that some people set goals and achieve them goals while others don't?
  • What is the reason that some people seem to be organized while others are not?
  • What is the secret that some individuals manage their deadlines and others don’t.
  • And, lastly, how come that some always come to late while others arrive 15 minutes early.
Why? The reason is based on the way you code memories and time in your mind.
Time Line is the first element in the Basis of Personality.  It is a key element to an understanding of personality.  Our memories, our decisions, our experiences, bad and good, are collected here over time and determine how we relate to the world.  How we store memories affects how we experience our lives and how we experience time.

Your Personal Timeline

Everybody has a Time Line inside of them.  It is a way of how you code and arrange the past, present and the future. This helps you to know where the past is, where the present is and where the future is.  It is how you store information in our brain.
Otherwise, how would you know which event was in the past and which event is in the future?  How would you know whether you were looking at a memory of the past or a memory of the future?
  • Do you think you could take memories out of the past that made you unhappy?  Yes.
  • Could you do a complete change of your personal history using this model?  Yes.
  • Would it be quicker than using anchoring and going back to the event and changing the event?  Yes.
  • Does it cause major paradigm shifts and personality shifts in people if that’s your choice?  Yes.
With Timeline Therapy™ you can take future event and make it more compelling.  You can also take an event from the past and throw it away.  That is memory management, by the way.
Our memories, as we store them, are arranged in a gestalt, which means simply that memories around a certain subject are often connected like a string of pearls and might be connected.

By changing one event we can change many events.  The strings of event will change when the event in the future is changed.  If you go back and change the most significant event in the past, it also has the same effect.

Time Line Therapy® utilizes a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, negative emotions, limiting decisions and behaviors.
